Meet the founders of Flourish & Flow Collective - Andria and Shannon, two passionate wellness practitioners whose friendship and shared vision sparked something magical.
After meeting as coaches at the same gym and experiencing each other's transformative classes, they joined forces to create their signature Breath & Sound workshop, blending Andria's expertise in breath work and movement with Shannon's deep knowledge of yoga, sound healing, and trauma-informed practices.
What started as a single workshop quickly became a phenomenon, leading them to launch Flourish & Flow Collective with a core belief that healing happens in community.
Together, they're dedicated to sharing this powerful combination of breath, sound, and intentional movement with the world through classes, private sessions, corporate events, and transformative retreats.

About Andria
Andria Winger is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and a Breathwork Facilitator certified through the Anjali Academy. She began her career in fitness at BASH Boxing, where she advanced to Director of Sales and Operations before shifting her focus fully to coaching and client care.
Over the past three years, Andria has been guiding individuals and groups through transformative breathwork experiences while also leading group fitness classes. For the last year and a half, she has expanded her practice to one-on-one personal training, blending her expertise in movement and breath to help clients achieve strength, balance, and confidence.
Rooted in a client-centered approach, Andria is dedicated to helping people connect with their highest selves—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Outside of her professional work, she loves spending time with her partner and her husky, and believes deeply in living a well-rounded, intentional, and joyful life.



About Shannon
Meet Shannon, a compassionate wellness coach, seasoned yoga teacher, and inspiring retreat leader. Her journey to healing and self-discovery began when yoga helped her cultivate resilience and purpose in her life. Through dedicated study, rigorous training, and passionate teaching, Shannon has earned both E-RYT 200 and CYT 500 designations, empowering her to guide others along their transformative paths.
With a background in molecular biology, Shannon brings a unique perspective to holistic wellness. Her profound understanding of the body, disease, and the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit can be experienced in all of her offerings. By integrating scientific evidence into her practice, Shannon equips her students with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions for their own personal well-being.
The marriage of science and spirituality creates a nurturing environment for growth and healing. With over 1,600 hours of teaching experience, each class is thoughtfully crafted to facilitate healing for both the physical body and the soul.
